Executives from Invacare Corporation and Achilles International are proud to announce a three year partnership that will enhance the efforts of both organizations to provide services and programs for athletes with disabilities, including wounded veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan.
Invacare produces many assistive devices, and in particular sports wheelchairs used for recreation and competition. Check out their products and services at:

Achilles, which just celebrated its 25th Anniversary, believes in providing people with disabilities the opportunity to compete in mainstream distance races, and has created a Marathon Tour that makes this possible.
Both Invacare and Achilles believe that strength and endurance training assists in the healing of body, mind and spirit and are excited to bring these benefits to even more people with disabilities.
